PLEASE NOTE: Bubble and Bash requires a 50% Retainer to secure your event date and booking. A final invoice is billed once you have approved your custom balloon proposal with the remaining balance due fourteen (14) days prior to your event date.
While last minute changes may be possible, please note that any changes on the day of your event must be paid prior to any additional service being rendered.
